Refund Policy

This store sells a digital book that is delivered immediately after payment. Because the file is available to you the moment the order is complete, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.

The short version

All sales are final once the download has been made available to you. If something has gone wrong, contact us before assuming otherwise — see below.

When we will refund you

We will refund you in full if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You never received access and we are unable to deliver it.
• You were charged without authorisation.

Write to avorosasupport@gmail.com within 14 days of your order with your order number and a short description of the problem. We would much rather fix the file than take your money for something that did not work.

If you are in the EU or the UK

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you are giving up the right to withdraw.

By completing your order you give that consent and that acknowledgement. Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot lawfully be waived.

If you are in Israel

Cancellation rights for remote purchases are governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. Where those rights apply to your purchase, they apply in addition to this policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear, usually a few business days. If your card was charged in a currency other than USD, the amount you receive back may differ slightly because of exchange-rate movement between the two dates. That difference is your bank's, not ours.
