Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. This store sells a digital book, and it reaches you as a download.

How and when you get it

• Your download link appears on the confirmation page immediately after payment.
• The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
• You can read the book on a phone, tablet, e-reader or computer.

If it does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first — automated emails often land there. If it is not there after a few minutes, write to avorosasupport@gmail.com with the email address you used, and we will send it again.

Download limits

Download links may be limited in the number of times they can be used, or expire after a period. This is to prevent the file being shared publicly. If your link stops working before you have saved your copy, contact us and we will issue a new one — that is not a problem and you will not be charged again.

Taxes and duties

There are no customs charges or import duties, because nothing crosses a border physically. Any sales tax or VAT that applies to a digital purchase in your country is shown at checkout where it is required.
