These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Who you are buying from

"Avo Rosa" is the name this book is published under. It is a written voice rather than a living author.

What you are buying

A digital book, delivered as a download after payment. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped to you.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book on devices you own. You may not resell it, share the file, upload it anywhere, or reproduce it in whole or in part without written permission. The text, cover art and all site content remain our property.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card or bank account is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount and may add a foreign-currency fee. That fee is set by your bank and is not something we receive or control.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Your download link is shown after checkout and is also sent to the email address you provide. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will send it again.

Download links may be limited in number of uses or in time. If a link expires before you have saved your copy, contact us and we will reissue it.

What this book is not

The book is educational self-reflection. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, financial advice, or legal advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Results vary from person to person and nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome. For anything serious — health, mental health, money, safety, legal matters — please speak to a qualified professional.

Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and not to use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
